(Meals on Main Street) and their former Executive Director, Bill Cusano, who is this year’s recipient of the Community Justice Award.

CHARLES JOHN O'BYRNE

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT FOR POLICY RELATED COMPANIES

Charles John O'Byrne is the Executive Vice President for Policy at Related Companies, where he leads government affairs at various levels, oversees labor issues and litigation matters, and contributes to strategy on multiple projects.

Additionally, he is part of the management team of EnergyRe, an energy company focused on green power, which was founded by Related's principals.

O'Byrne is actively involved in charitable and philanthropic works. He serves on the boards of Citizens Union, the Steering Committee of ABNY, and as a Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission. He is also Chair of the Washington Ireland Program and a member of the Selection Committee for the Robert G. Wilmers Integrity Prize. In the past, he has been involved with various organizations such as the Columbia College Alumni Association, the Thomas Merton Lecture at Columbia, the Kennedy Smith Foundation, VSA Arts, the Hetrick Martin Institute, and the Boy Scouts of America.

Charles holds a BA from Columbia College, a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law, and a Masters in Divinity with Distinction and an S.T.L., in Theology from the Weston Jesuit School of Theology.

Caroline Williamson is the President, Treasurer and a Director of the B. Robert Williamson, Jr. Foundation (the “Foundation”).

Mrs. Williamson is a graduate of The University of North Carolina and is the Former Chair and Lifetime Member of The Institute for the Arts and Humanities Advisory Board and a current member of the Board of Visitors at the University. Mrs. Williamson also serves as a Trustee of the Rockaway Hunting Club, Trustee Emeritus at Inwood House, now Children’s Village, and Warden Emeritus at the Church of the Heavenly Rest.

Mrs. Williamson contributes time to the New York Junior League, where she was named an Outstanding Sustainer in 2012, Berkeley Divinity School at Yale, and the New York Botanical Garden. She is the widow of B. Robert Williamson, lives in New York City, and has three children.

Based in Port Chester, NY Meals on Main Street is not just a food pantry but uses mobile food vans to go to in-need communities offering perishable food directly. Perishable items ranging from fruit and vegetables, to eggs to cooked dishes, are donated to Meals On Main St. and are quickly distributed to where the need is.

They are able to increase their reach to the hungry by distributing directly to people, such as the elderly, bringing people together and creating connections and community around their food trucks.
