Led by experienced facilitators from the Episcopal Diocese of New York, the purpose of this anti-racism training was to help us become aware of how racism impacts ALL of our lives. The workshop explored the origins of the concept of race and its legacy; through dialogue and group exercises, participants learned how we all unconsciously and consciously participate in racist systems.
