The mission of the Love Pantry and Love Kitchen of St. Peter's is to serve the Westchester Square community and help address issues resulting from one of the city's lowest income rates, high population of older adults, immigrants, homeless veterans, the formerly incarcerated and families with young children. The Love Kitchen serves hot meals every Thursday and the Food Pantry provides groceries each week. Clients are referred to other social service programs and health care providers. St. Peter's Love Closet supports food program clients with clothing that helps families dress children for school, provide job searchers with appropriate business attire and gives older adults and homeless veterans seasonal clothing.
