St. Andrew's Church, Bronx
After School Program 

The St. Andrew's After School Program was founded in 1977. It provides homework assistance for 65 children in grades one through to six. It also serves a key function in providing a supervised environment for children of working parents in the Castle Hill Community. In addition to arts and crafts and tutoring in math and language, the children are exposed to a broad array of activities including computer and music instruction, dance and drama. By providing a quality education to all students, the program prepares children to be lifelong learners so that they will become active participants in the community and within their families.
