RPCC's Family Connection Program was established in 1991 to support families impacted by incarceration Our unique program provides parenting support, education and advocacy to mothers and fathers in the Rockland County Correctional Facility, and provides re-entry support services to parents from the county jail and other nearby correctional facilities, including parent-child visitation,case management, caregiver support, post release support groups and workshops, as well as mentoring for the parents and their children.
