Hours of Operation:	Meals delivered Monday-Friday, with additional frozen meals also delivered on Friday to cover Saturday and Sunday

Founded in 2004, the Homebound Outreach provide to persons in the community living with HIV/AIDS support in the form of a hot nutritious meal. In addition to providing nearly 2,200 meals annually, the program gives its clients a chance to socialize and know that they are not alone.
