Summer Camp

Christ Church has provided a safe and affordable summer camp on its grounds for the children of Poughkeepsie since the late 1960s. The program's mission is to offer inner city children, ages 6-11, an affordable summer day camp with an emphasis on education and learning through new and age-appropriate experiences that promote self-esteem. Over 50 campers each year participate in athletics, the arts, and literary and social activities that prompt personal/interpersonal development and an appreciation of their diverse community.
